C and I met with Gwynne Hales for about an hour after P's meeting.
We went over what we knew (not much) and asked for help about what to do.
She seems much more experienced in "harder" cases. D seems to be at the start of the process. OTOH, daily use for months puts him in a different situation.
She recommended a few names, a few places, a few programs.
We'll make some calls, set some appointments up, and try to figure out what to do.
I really liked her. She seems very focused. One of the distinctions she kept making was between what we're required to do (nothing) and what we want to do. It's clear after talking to her that we can try to focus on what we want to do.
