Friday, February 26. 1pm.
I get a call from school.
D is on the line.
"Mom, I'm getting suspended. I stole some scales to weigh weed."
The dean talked to me next and explained what happened, and what will happen.
D has to apologize and return the scales. He'll be suspended between 3 and 5 days.
He's responsible to keep up with classes and homework.
If he shows up at school without clearing it first, he'll be arrested for trespassing.
D got to my office at 4 and we caught the 4:35 home.
P & M had band solo rehearsals and C was in the middle of the office move.
After the rehearsal, I took D to get drug tested.
He admitted to pot use on the form.
Picked up C from the office (with lots of stuff) and headed home.
After M & P were in bed, D, C and I talked for a long time.
